My smoky eye melts off my eyes during the summer. Is there an easier version of a bold look where I can use less product so it doesn't migrate as much?

Use a gel-based liner that smudges out with your fingers or brush, and pair with a matching shadow applied on top with a small-tipped brush. Powder wears better in the heat since there is nowhere for it to run, so it really locks in your eye makeup.
