I'm usually drawn to hot pink and bright tangerine blush hues. Which skin tones can pull off these electric colors?
Those with a warm or olive complexion tend to look good in both tangerine and fuchsia shades. But it's not the skin tone that matters so much — rather, it's the intensity of the shade. The darker your skin, the brighter pop of blush you can wear. If you have light skin, sweep just a tiny bit over the apples of your cheeks. Remember: You can always apply more, so start off light.
