I'm usually drawn to hot pink and bright tangerine blush hues. Which skin tones can pull off these electric colors?
Those with a warm or olive complexion tend to look good in both tangerine and fuchsia shades. But it's not the skin tone that matters so much rather, it's the intensity of the shade. The darker your skin, the brighter pop of blush you can wear. If you have light skin, sweep just a tiny bit over the apples of your cheeks. Remember: You can always apply more, so start off light.
