Are you supposed to let mascara dry in between coats or just layer it on while the formula is still wet?
Perfect timing looks like this: Start with your right eye and swipe wand through lashes several times. Repeat on left. Return to the right lower lashes, and then add to right upper lashes and vice versa. This method is spread out enough that the time between coats will layer without clumping.
