Of course, with declining energy, the issue isn't just having one symptom; it's having one overriding problem (an energy crisis) that plays out in many different ways specifically, either having low energy and/or having high pain, two things that will certainly make you feel about as beautiful as a wart-dotted, hairless cat. Many muscles feel tired and then pained as you start to use them. This description doesn't do justice to the problem. Remember how low you felt when you had the worst flu you ever had? That's how people with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia feel at their best. The good news is, we have some solutions that seem to work in a large percentage of people with these syndromes and may work for little energy boosts that many of us feel we need even if we aren't as devastated as these patients. Remember, pain and a lack of energy aren't the enemies. They're the smoke alarms the warning signals that your body has some kind of fire raging and that you, my friend, better find the way to put it out if you want to function with the passion of a beautiful being.
