Easy heart opener
What it does: Gives you an effective and extremely easy way to unwind from the day and move in to a more relaxed state. Lying on the floor is also grounding, which helps soothe your nervous system. It all adds up to creating the perfect conditions for sleep.
How to do: Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip distance apart. Bend your elbows and bring your arms to rest on the floor above your head you can either cradle your head in your hands or rest the backs of your hands near your ears. Stay here and breathe deeply and slowly for at least one minute and as long as five minutes.
