How to do it: Stand with feet hip distance apart, abs engaged, and arms by your sides. Pinwheel your right arm straight up in front of you and then back behind you to return to the starting position. Repeat on the left, alternating for a total of 20. Keep your arms and fingers straight and brush your elbow close by your ear as you move.
