Her Weightloss Philosophy
"I wore this outfit today, because I'm celebrating," she muses. "I haven't been able to wear these Alexander Wang jeans for a year-and-a-half." She lost the baby weight by drinking smoothies filled with healthy greens, like spinach and kale, and eating big salads with chicken, avocado, and nuts.
"I wear less makeup now that I'm a mom," she admits. "I'm starting to care about smells. Unless I know I'm not going to be around him for the entire day, I won't wear perfumes, and I'm paying attention to the fragrances in my shampoo. My son is young, and I only want to expose him to clean scents."
