"If you don’t have fake eyelashes, Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes! is the next best thing," she recommends. "I use this nude Stila eyeliner in the inner creases of my eyes to open them up. I saw a makeup artist do this trick with a white pencil, but I prefer this shade since it's more similar to my skin tone."
