Staying away from bacon and French fries is a no brainer when it comes to eating healthy. But if that’s not enough to quell your cravings, there is another big reason to resist: The trans fat found in fried dishes is a serious libido depressor. Not only do these hydrogenated fats lower testosterone levels, but research has proven they can cause poor quality and abnormal sperm in men.

Cynthia Pasquella, celebrity nutritionist and author of The Hungry Hottie Cookbook, suggests substituting a baked potato for those fries. It will increase dopamine levels (also known as the ‘desire hormone’) and can help manufacture histamine, the natural compound known for its orgasm potential.
