Colleen's beauty stats: Early 20s; thick, short curly hair, never dyed before; clear skin with the occasional breakout.

"Always one to worry, by the end of most workdays I find myself feeling frazzled and exhausted. My frayed nerves can often lead to little or no sleep, leaving me drained for the rest of the week. To keep the bags under my eyes at bay, I use these products to unwind two to three times a week."

Fresh Sugar Face Polish

"This face mask uses brown sugar and fresh strawberries to condition your skin, leaving it smooth and wrinkle-free. The sugar is also a great exfoliant to rid your face of any dead skin cells and blemishes. I apply a thin layer to my face for 15 minutes twice a week. Not only does it feel great for your skin, it smells yummy too! Just try not to lick your face while it's on."

$55, Saks Fifth Avenue

Johnson & Johnson's Relaxing Body Wash

"These soothing suds completely relax me by combining scents like lavender and chamomile. My skin feels so soft, and my worries seem to go right down the drain after scrubbing with this body wash. It's also inexpensive, which means I don't have to stress about my bank account when using it!"

$6.49, Johnson & Johnson

Repêchage Eye Rescue Pads

"When I am stressed, my eyes are the first to feel and look it. These pads give instant relief to my lids by using seaweed and natural tea extracts to reduce puffiness, making them look instantly brighter. You only have to leave them on for 10 minutes in the evening, but I often leave them on until morning by letting the cooling sensation put me right to sleep!"

$36, Repêchage

OPI Nail Lacquer in Sweet Heart

"This might sound crazy, but I find when I am stressed, painting my nails feels very therapeutic. It takes my mind off of whatever I am worrying about. When I am really stressed, I make sure to paint my nails in a subdued color, like this light pink one from OPI. I get instant anxiety relief throughout the day looking down to see this calming hue as opposed to a louder shade."

$7.50, OPI

Gaiam Dragonfly Hydrangea Yoga Mat

"There is no better way to ward off stress than by sweating it out at the gym. If I'm too wiped out after work to lace up my sneakers, yoga is the perfect remedy. I feel Zen with this dragonfly mat, plus I don't worry about all the germs I would be possibly picking up using one of the sweaty, borrowed gym mats."

$21.98, Gaiam
