I was diagnosed on...
"July 13, 2006."

My immediate reaction was...
"Who would take care of my children if I die? My husband changed that mentality. He stepped up and took care of two kids who did not understand what was going on."

Now, breast cancer means to me...
"That something horrible entered my life, but I had to learn to embrace it, fight it, and teach other women how to avoid it."

I'd tell someone recently diagnosed with breast cancer...
"That God would not give you more than you can handle. Never give up on your fight, no matter how hard it gets. You can stand up to cancer."

I'm inspired by...
"God, my family, and my friends."

I'm most proud of...
"Being a survivor and helping people who are now battling this disease."

The thing that keeps me strong is...
"My faith in God."

I get stressed out by...
"I don't really stress anymore!"

I spend my spare time...
"Working with my breast cancer team and organizing events to educate women about the disease."

If I were to stand in the middle of the street and scream something, it would be...
"ENOUGH!"

"A horrible disease, but hope is being alive."
