Day 1: Lauren Moffat
...anyway, moving on to my first fashion week event, the Lauren Moffat Fall 2013 presentation. When I reached the second floor above her Spring Street shop, I was greeted with an adorable line of separates, peppered with a few darling dresses and coats. The playful prints—some matching, some mixed—and retro vibe instantly pulled on my style heart strings. It's no surprise that the designer is from my borough, us Brooklyn girls tend to skew towards a similar aesthetic.
