Lean Out Your Legs

"A combination of pliés and side-lying leg lifts are best. Pliés in first position will get all the large muscle groups and fatigue them at one time. If you do three to four sets of 16 reps, three times a week, you will get a long, lean line. In Rockin Models, we also vary the tempo and the depth of the pliés to mix it up.

"Side-lying leg lifts work wonders for the outer thigh. These movements are what I call 'detailing,' which consists of reaching the smaller muscles that are inside the glutes and inner thighs. These also shape the hips, making them smaller, and lift your butt without making it bigger." Do these two times a week to see results like Fergie's sexy stems shown here.
