"A lot of maintaining a lean body is eating right, so I base my diet on proteins and veggies. Although I eat mostly veggies, I make sure I add in fish and chicken: a 3-4 oz serving. I don't eat dairy, but I sometimes eat a little soy. I drink green tea and limit the amount of caffeine I take in. No one is perfect, and I believe you can always have a cheat dayjust make sure that you work out two times harder the next day to balance it out!"
