-Sledding Push Off: While seated on the floor with your legs extended and hands flat on each side, rock to the right side and dip your tricep. Rock to the left side and dip your left tricep as if you're doing a push up sitting up. To challenge yourself, bend your knees and pick your glutes (basically, most of your butt) off the floor. Do this for a count of 15 and repeat two to three times.
-Snowman Shuffle: Building a snowman, shuffle around the body once before packing on more snow and shuffling back the other way. Do this until each part of the snowman is complete. No snow? Use balls, weights, or any other materials in your garage to make a DIY snowman.
-Snow Angel Abs: Beginning with your body in an X formation on the ground, sweep your arms up and down, lifting your limbs off of the floor. To challenge yourself, lift just your upper body, keeping your legs still.
-Cozy Fire Stretch: Curl up on the right side of your body in the fetal position. Stretch long, slowly rolling to a center position and back to your right side. Repeat on left side.
