For Pencil Skirts

"This move tones your glutes, quads, and abs in one go. It's perfect to get ready for wearing high-waisted skinny skirts," explains Glor. "Start in standing position. Keeping your fists by your chin, perform a front kick with your left leg, leading with the knee. Keep your foot flexed as you extend to completion. As you lower the leg, lunge backwards with your left foot. You can support yourself by keeping your right hand on the right quad as you lower down to touch the floor with your left hand. When fully lowered, hop back up to repeat the motion! Do 20 repetitions on each leg, taking a break in between for 20 jumping jacks to loosen tired muscles."
