For Midi Skirts

"To look trim in figure-hugging mid-length skirts, you need to remember that your whole body will be on display if you wear a tank top to balance the look. That's why I love these French press calf raises," says Glor. "In standing position, hold one ten-pound weight overhead with both hands. Lower the weight behind your head, keeping elbows and triceps close to your face. Then, for one repetition, raise the weight up towards the ceiling, and as you lift, rise up onto the balls of your feet. Return to starting position, and repeat 20 times."
