For Cropped Jackets

"Shorter, waist-brimming jackets draw attention mid-sections, fit or not. Try this core-strengthening move to firm up quickly," Glor notes. "Lie on your back and keep legs straight. Raise your legs a few inches off of the ground. With your gams elevated, separate your legs out about three feet into a wide "V." Bring them back together, crossing your right foot over your left. Separate legs again into the "V", and bring them back to center, crossing the left leg over the right. Repeat 20 times, being sure to keep the lower-part of your back pressed into the ground at all times."
