For Sheer Tops

"Sheer tops can draw attention to the upper arms and shoulders even more than a traditional tank top. Thankfully, this move is a triple threat fix for flabby arms," says Glor. "Start by standing in set position. With weights in each hand, place your hands in front of your hips with palms facing your body. Drag the weights up your body to chest level, leading with the elbows, keeping neck muscles relaxed and shoulders down. Push the weights out in front of you at shoulder level, extending the elbows and keeping palms facing the floor. Open arms out to the sides at shoulder level, palms facing down, and slowly lower your hands to your sides. Control the motion as you lower the weights to create resistance and expedite toning."
