DAY 1

Woke up not feeling too hungry today. Juice was delivered to my desk at 10 a.m. First impression: It looks like A LOT of juice. I drank half a pint of water, and then the whole green juice, which isn't as bad as I thought it would be, though it's not necessarily yummy either.) I'm feeling kind of full.

1 p.m.: Six juices (!) later, I decided to take a Spin Class here at the gym in my work building. I surprisingly had a lot of energy and made it through the 45-minute class without feeling tired or lightheaded. After class, I drank the Almond Milk, which is the protein, to fill me up post-workout.

The almond milk is actually quite yummy. I like the lemonade second, and then the red juice third. I do wish that the red and green juices were blended a little more, because there are some small chunks in the green and red juices, and I'm not crazy about the texture.

3 p.m.: I'm feeling really full—and have to drink more! I'm craving solid food (a burger to be specific), which is weird, because I’m not a big meat eater.

4 p.m.: Feeling light! (Not lightheaded.)

Dinnertime: Still not exactly hungry; I have a lot to drink.

10 p.m.: Fought off a pang of hunger that lasted about 15 minutes, but then it went away.

DAY 2

8 a.m.: I drank water and the SuperGreen juice. Feeling full.

Noon: I'm craving chewable food, but I'm not necessarily hungry. I'm finding that the hardest part is smelling other people's food. The teas are definitely the hardest to get down.

4 p.m.: I have a slight headache and lacking in energy. On the plus side, my stomach feels flat, and I'm not hungry. I was able to do a half hour at the gym, but I felt more tired afterward than yesterday.

6 p.m.: I have a slight headache that keeps fading in and out. I'm dreading chugging down this lineup of teas before I go home.

8 p.m.: My headache is mostly gone. Only one and a half more bottles left!

DAY 3

8 a.m.: I have a bad headache! I'm not feeling hungry; just a little dizzy. Interestingly enough I've lost about 6.5 pounds since Monday. I'm dreading drinking the juices today, and am ready to go back to real food. The SuperGreen juice was really hard to get down. I've taken to chugging rather than sipping.

3 p.m.: Still have a headache

7 p.m.: I'm tired of drinking juice! BUT, I will say that I feel lighter, and a lot less bloated than usual. It's kind of nice. I'm struggling to get the last teas down—they're still not my faves. But I'm happy I made it through!

BREAKING THE CLEANSE

My stomach was really sensitive when I had my first solid foods the day after. I definitely advise taking it slow (read: not pigging out or reaching for a burger) for the first few days.

OVERALL

I personally wasn't crazy about a lot of the juices, but I'm a pretty picky eater so that definitely could have been a factor. Over the three days I was never really hungry—I just had a few cravings for food here and there. I was able to go to the gym on two out of the three days, so I'd say that my energy levels were fine throughout. I think my headaches were mostly attributed to lack of caffeine—you're not allowed to drink coffee!
