OVERVIEW
This is a pretty low-impact cleanse. It's essentially just a supplement to a healthy dietyou drink one packet of the formula in the morning and one packet in the evening for 14 days. The dos and don'ts of program are outlined here. You can eat lots of fruits and veggies and there are plenty of items (even wine!) that you can have once a week. It's definitely the lazy girl's cleanse. The taste of the drink was hard to get used to, and I found it very chalky. But I did discover if I left the powder in water for a few minutes before drinking, the solution became easier to drink and swallow.
Since you're still incorporating real foods into your diet, I had energy to workout four times a week with cardio and weights, which is my normal fitness routine. In fact, I felt my energy was even better than normal because I was so aware of the healthy foods I was eating.
I wasn't able to have coffee, so I had a headache as a result of caffeine withdrawal. But other than that, I have no complaints. Once I was able to get past the chalky consistency, the formula isn't so bad. In fact, it mostly tastes like berries.
RESULTS
I ended up losing 8 pounds by the end of the two weeks and one inch around my waist and hips. I think I would do this program once a year, maybe right after the holidays or right before the summer.
Besides getting on the right track to eating better, my skin looked amazing! Both my mom and my sister commented how clear and radiant my complexion appeared. I ended up having very few breakouts and had a real lit-from-within glow.
