After a full day of holiday cooking, my neck is so sore. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from happening?
1. Get all of your items down from high cupboards at once. This will cut back on having to consistently reach for them over and over again.
2. Every thirty minutes, think ABC (abs, blades, chin). Engage your core/abs, push your shoulder blades together, and tuck in your chin.
