When I jump into a fitness routine, I tend to bulk up easily. What are some exercise programs to incorporate into my weekly workouts to lean myself out?
If you are bulking up, one of two things is happening: You are either not burning enough calories or you are eating the wrong foods (or too much food). So go for a run, kickbox, or jump into an aerobics or dance class and get your sweat on! Bottom line: You need to burn more calories. Additionally, make sure you are eating a balanced diet without too much sugar or too many refined carbs.
