I'm almost at my goal weight, but I've hit a plateau. How can I break this?
The best thing you could do is to change up your workout. Switch from your session on the elliptical or treadmill to different cardiovascular exercises such as jump rope or boxing. Also, when it comes to your strength-training routine, make sure you are doing circuit training, and decrease the amount of weight you're lifting, and instead increase your repetitions.
