Being outside and on the beach all day, my summer diet can often go out the window. What are some healthy snacks I can pack to bring with me so I don't choose fast food?
The beach should be the easiest place to eat healthy - you're wearing a bikini! Pack snacks like apples, berries, or oranges. Also, be sure to stay hydrated by drinking unsweetened iced tea and water (steer clear of carbonated beverages like soda and beer).
