SAG Awards 2011: Best and Worst

Her low side bun would have been a clear winner had her one-sided stands been tucked away and just let her bangs frame her face.

If we could travel through time, we'd take January Jones's hairstyle back to 1950. We would have opted for a more modern 'do and way less bang, which looked stiff and too shiny. We did love hearing that as a kid, however, she sported a shaved head and overalls.

Looking fresh and flirty, Hilary Swank steals the spotlight for her tousled waves and glowing skin. Her killer arms and flat tummy come from her one-hour workouts four times per week.

A fabulous Ema Savahl dress, but Giuliana's foundation looked a bit orange and heavy, and her roots were in desperate need of a touch up. We would have preferred she pair her smoky eye with a dewier complexion.

On baby-bump trend, we loved her soft shimmering eyes and nude lip. We wish her dress had a shorter sleeve, but still loved that she showed off her belly is silver sequins.

Amazing dress, but we were worried her boobs would upstage her. Lea's skin looked great which is always important when wearing anything revealing. Her hair could have been a bit more polished — while we are a fan of beachy waves, there were too many pieces out of place.

From mismatched red and green shoes at the Golden Globes to a hairdo that was a mess of overly teased curls with ribbons and bows at the SAG Awards. We'd really like to see her in a chic dress, simple 'do, and natural makeup. Dare we say makeover?

Showing everyone how it's done, Tina wore a low side-bun with a neutral makeup palette. Her red dress was the "It" color of the night looking fabulous against her pale skin.

This mom-to-be glowed in her $2 million worth of Tiffany jewelry, flushed pink cheeks, and soft lips. She should have kept the focus on her eyes, however, because her hair looked greasy and oddly placed, which threw off her entire ensemble. We loved her look for the Golden Globes much more.

Could she get any hotter? Opting for long tresses for the SAG Awards, Mila paired her Alexander McQueen print dress with a gray smoky eye and nude lips. Natalie Portman lovingly nicknamed her "Sweet Lips" for her soft pucker during a steamy scene in Black Swan.

When you wear a stand-out dress, like this Oscar de la Renta, be sure to pair it with a simple 'do and makeup, like Jennifer Lawrence did here. However, we would have opted for a low pony instead of the stiff matronly bun she sported.

If we were hosting an afternoon tea for our grandmothers, Jenna would have fit in perfectly. We don't love or hate her hair, makeup, or dress, but find it rather blah for the red carpet.

Looking just fabulous in a Thierry Mugler dress, tousled waves, and soft makeup, we hope we look this good at 45. We'd also kill for her toned arms and tight tummy (and amazing husband!).

It looks like Nicole Kidman took one too many flat irons to her hair with broken pieces and flyaways everywhere. We usually love what this Aussie parades down the red carpet, but tonight we couldn't get past her overly processed tresses.

We love Glee, but Jenna's severe part, Snooki poof, and off-centered bun is looking more Jersey Shore than red carpet. Plus, her Badgley Mischka dress isn't doing much for her skin tone and totally washed her out.

Looking a bit like a red-headed Morticia Addams, the only thing we loved about her look is the greenish gray shadow she chose for her smoky eye. She should have gone a little less heavy with the black liner on her lower lash line which made her look more Goth than fab.
