My hair has been looking dull and feeling a bit dry. I would like to put moisture back into it and have a healthy sheen. I don't know if I should use a sheen spray or a moisturizing lotion. What's the difference?
A sheen spray just lies on top of the hair, reflecting light and creating an illusion of shine. It provides minimal protection to your hair, but does make it easier to comb through. On the other hand, moisturizing lotions enter the shaft through to the hair, making it more pliable and shiny.
