I always turn my heated styling tools all the way up. What setting should they actually be on so I don't fry my hair?
You should use a good ceramic iron that has variable heating levels. Your hair is probably more damaged at the front, where you should work on smaller sections at a time and use a lower heat setting. On the back you can do larger sections at a time and use more heat. Tip: Clip curls in place with they cool this will make your waves last longer.
