I want to lighten my naturally blonde hair to a platinum shade. Will it look good if I have fair skin?

Most natural blondes look great with a cool, monotone white-blonde shade even if they have fair skin, says Marie Robinson, a colorist at Sally Hershberger Downtown in NYC. The shade can always be adjusted slightly to complement your complexion. For example, if you have olive undertones, the hue shouldn't be too ashy or you'll look sallow. Skin with pink undertones should avoid going too golden.
