How can I give my hair a beachy, tousled look?

The easiest way to achieve this is to "rough dry" the hair, which means blow-drying while using your fingers (a brush will make your hair too smooth). When you're finished, mist on a salt spray like Blow Beach Blow to add texture and fullness.
